Amy J. Spisak

Amy J. Spisak, 39, of Niles, Ohio died Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Health Center.

She was born June 2, 1975 in Warren, Ohio, the daughter of Edward L. & Cecelia (Pat) Young Spisak.

A lifelong area resident, Amy was a 1993 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and was of the Catholic faith.

She was employed by Infocison Management and before that she worked for Comfort Keepers.

Amy is survived by her parents of Niles, two brothers, Phillip G. (Vicki) Spisak of Girard, Ohio, James E. (Deanne) Spisak of Liberty, Ohio; four sisters, Debbie (Jeff) Karim of Mason, Ohio; Linda J. (John)  Balogh of Struthers, Ohio; Bridget L. Gaugler and Jennifer S. Walp, both of Girard, Ohio; 17 nieces and nephews; three great nephews; brother-in-law David Walp of Girard and her significant other Julie Slater.

She was preceded in death by her four grandparents George and Mary Spisak, Ralph and Helen Young and two uncles, Ralph and William Young.

As per Amy’s wishes a private family service will take place at a later date.

The arrangements where handled by the Holloway-Williams Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 611 Robbins Ave., Niles, Ohio.

Interment will be in St. Stephen Cemetery.

Amy’s family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of St. Elizabeth Hospital and LifeBanc for the care and respect that they gave Amy.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers material contributions be made to LifeBanc in Amy’s memory.
