David Eugene Russell Sr.

David Eugene Russell Sr., 66, died Monday, Oct. 24, 2022, at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.

He was born Sept. 22, 1956, in Saxton, Pa., to Harold and Mary Dean Russell.

David worked as a carpenter for Rumar Construction.

Survivors include a son, David Eugene Russell Jr. of Niles; two daughters, Elizabeth Everman of Niles and Sarah Jane Russell; a brother, Charles Miller of Woodsburgh, Pa.; five sisters, Dollie Dodson of Niles, Bonnie (Gary) Fanus of Elizabethtown, Pa., Devena (Phil) Stewart of Shirleysburgh, Pa., Genny (Will) Heath of Mount Union, Pa. and Judy (Jim) Cameneti of Warren; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.

Funeral services will be 6 p.m. Thursday at the Holloway-Williams Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Niles, with calling hours beginning one hour prior at 5 p.m.
