Fred C. Holbrook

Fred C. Holbrook. 76 of Niles, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at Guardian Health Care in Youngstown following a short illness.

He was born April 18, 1948, in Warren, Ohio, the son of Robert and Darlene Tomlin Holbrook.

Fred was of the Pentecostal Faith. He enjoyed woodworking, weightlifting and gardening.

Fred is survived by his son, Jason (Adrienne) Pitonyak of Pueblo West Colorado; his sister, Lisa Holbrook of Elgin, Illinois; three grandsons, Dylan (Molly) Pitonyak, Tyler (Ann Marie) Pitonyak and Kylan Pitonyak; granddaughter, Charlee Pitonyak; a great granddaughter, Delilah Pitonyak; and one great grandchild on the way.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, James and John, and two sisters, Alice and Roberta.

As per Fred’s wishes, there are no calling hours or services. His family will hold a Celebration of Fred’s Life Saturday, July 20 at 3 p.m., at the Bella Napoli Club, 221 East Park Ave., Niles, Ohio.
