Gayle Ann Ginkinger

Niles--Gayle Ann Ginkinger, devoted mother and Nana, 72, was born on April 19, 1951 to her loving parents, George and Grayce Faro in Warren, Ohio. She went home to the Lord on February 28, 2024.

Gayle loved traveling by RV and making stops in Geneva-on-the-Lake with her boys the summer. She enjoyed her yearly family reunions, gatherings and holidays that always ended in singing Italian songs and dancing. She lived for the simple pleasures of life such as fishing, playing cards, laughter and sharing a drink with friends and family.

Her pride and joys of her life were her two sons, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a beloved member of Pleasant Valley Church of Niles, Ohio. She is survived by her children, Joseph (Cynthia) Ginkinger of Niles, Ohio and Jacob (Sarah) Ginkinger of Parish, Florida; her siblings Georgia (Glenn) Jolliffe of Howard, Ohio and Joseph Faro of Silver Spring, Maryland; her grandchildren, Alissa, Bryana, Jacob, Emma and Abby; and her great grandchildren, Lyara and Luna.

She is preceded in death by her parents; the love of her life, Jerry Krok; the father of her boys, Homer Ginkinger; and her great granddaughter, Layla Rain. Gayle’s legacy lives on through her cherished memories, ability to light up a room with laughter and her beautiful heart that loved so deeply. She will be missed and remembered dearly by her family and many friends. Per Gayle's wishes, raise a glass and salute!

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
