We are Kathy's classmates from Lutheran Hospital School of Nursing. We are only now finding out about Kathy's passing. We were in the process of planning a reunion later this year, and Kathy was involved with us via Facebook! She was part of our last class reunion in 2014. We had so much fun and were so glad to still be able to keep in touch and have such fun together after all those years. We are all so sad and send our sincere condolences to all of Kathy's family. We will miss her too.

Kathy was such a wonderful source of encouragement to me. She brought a quiet sense of joy with her wherever she went. I am grateful that our lives crossed.
