Peggy J. Markle

Peggy J. Markle, 81, of Niles, died Monday, March 9, 2015 at 7 a.m. at St. Joseph Health Center in Warren.

She was born June 28, 1933 in Warren, Ohio, the daughter of Douglas K. & Thelma Clem Armstrong.

Peggy was a life long area resident, Peggy attended Niles McKinley High School and was a housewife.

She was a member of St. Luke Episcopal Church in Niles, a member of the Niles Scope Center and was a member of the Army-Navy 252.

Peggy is survived by her three sons, David (Laurie) Baughman of Mansfield, Texas, Dan (Ann) Baughman of Niles, OH., Don (Cynthia) Baughman of Warren, OH., a daughter Diane (Ron) Orr of Niles, OH., 9 grandchildren, 27 great  grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband James Markle.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, March 12 at 11 a.m. at St. Luke Episcopal Church in Niles with Father Donald Hall officiating. Calling hours will be Wednesday March 11 from 5 to7 p.m. at the Holloway-Williams Funeral Home, 611 Robbins Ave., Niles, Ohio and Thursday, March 12 from 10 a.m. until time of service at St. Luke Episcopal Church.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers that material contributions be made to St. Luke Episcopal Church in memory of Peggy.

Entombment will be in Pineview Memorial Park in Warren.
