Ray Lee Delbene, 60, of Niles, passed away Friday, June 6, 2025, at St. Joseph Hospital Emergency Room from injuries sustained from an industrial accident.
He was born May 28, 1965, in Youngstown, Ohio, the son of Joseph J. Sr. and Dorothy Rae Ernst Delbene.
Ray worked for BRT Extrusions as a machine operator. He enjoyed fishing, riding bikes and his love of life was full speed ahead at his work and play. Ray had a heart of gold and loved his family very much.
Ray is survived by his father, Joseph J. Delbene Sr. of McDonald; his significant other of 18 years, Wanda Mead of Niles; Wanda’s children, Aaron Tucker of Niles; Lelia (Mike) Lindholm of Cortland; two brothers, Joseph J. Delbene Jr. of McDonald and Rocco A. Delbene of Girard; his niece, Destiny Delbene; nephew, Rocco A. Delbene Jr.; and Wanda’s grandchildren, Gunnar, Alexis and Zach.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Delbene.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 11 a.m., at the Holloway-Williams Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 611 Robbins Ave., Niles, Ohio. 330-652-2422.
Family and friends may call Tuesday, June 17 from 5-7 p.m.
Burial will be in Kerr Cemetery.
