Violet M. Evans

Violet M. Evans, 90, of Niles, passed away Sunday, September 28, 2025, at her residence with her loving family by her side.

She was born January 9, 1935 in Jolly Town, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Isaac H. and Clara Belle Taylor King.

Violet lived and raised her children in Lake County Ohio. Violet was a loving housewife and caregiver to many. She enjoyed camping, reading, crocheting, riding on back of a Harleys and spending time with family and friends.

Violet is survived by her daughters, Shirley Angelaitis and Sherry Evans Armour, both of Niles and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles K. Evans; a son, Charles Jr. Evans,  a daughter, Theresa Evans and a brother, Edward King Jr.

As per Violet wishes, a celebration of life will be planned at a later date.
